Elder Grace Giadom, fondly called Mama Grace, was a remarkable woman of strength, intelligence, compassion and unwavering faith in God.
An astute sprinter and gifted athlete in her younger years, she was a brilliant and determined go-getter. She began her professional career at Intel as a Telephone Company Communication Specialist before answering a new calling in healthcare. After seeing an advertisement for a School of Nursing and Midwifery, she applied, gained admission and successfully completed her training. Even while pregnant with her first child, she passed her hospital final Hospital exams with flying colours and qualified as a Nurse and Midwife.
Throughout her career, Elder Grace distinguished herself by her exceptional care, kindness and dedication to her patients. Her patients and their families often expressed their gratitude for the compassion and excellence with which she cared for them.
Her caring nature extended far beyond her profession. She was a loving mother,
grandmother, relative and friend who consistently checked on the people around her. She remained deeply invested in the wellbeing of her family and the many lives she touched.
A devout Christian and committed Elder of the Great Evangelism World Crusade, she contributed immensely to the growth of the ministry and its various chapters and was instrumental in the development of the Elders’ Council.
Elder Grace Giadom lived a beautiful life marked by faith, service, love, generosity and impact. She was a woman with a beautiful soul whose legacy lives on in her family, the church, the people she cared for and the countless lives she touched.
She lived beautifully, loved deeply, served faithfully, and left an enduring legacy.
